Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a quick and easy 7-day refund, return, and exchange policy.
We find that we have remarkably low return rates and are proud of the quality of products we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return your order, and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on new and unopened items.

Should you wish to return your item(s), please WhatsApp us on 03112999324 with your order number and reason within 7 days from receiving your order (according to the delivery date on the tracking record, if applicable).

To claim any warranty/replacement/refund/exchange, you must have the unboxing video of the product & packaging as we send it to you.
We need proper video footage of courier flyer unboxing.
Without an unboxing video, we will not accept your claim.


RETURN POLICY

The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.
We try to make exchanges as hassle-free as possible for our customers, which is why we have 2 options for exchange, and you can choose the one you prefer:


1st Scenario
For replacement, you have to send the items back to us by any courier service (Post Office UMS recommended), and as soon as we receive the items, we will dispatch your replacement order with Rs.150 delivery charges only.


2nd Scenario
We do offer a pickup service as well, in which a rider will come and pick the product from your location and deliver your replacement order — this process will cost you Rs.350.
(Kindly do let us know how we should process your replacement order)


Initial shipping fees are non-refundable, even if the item qualifies for free shipping. Orders will be refunded -Rs.150 for shipping fees when refunding an order.


Please note:

  • The customer is liable to pay for postage when returning incorrectly ordered goods.

  • The goods must not have been used, must be complete with all components, and the packaging must not be damaged.

  • You will be credited with a full refund within 7 days of notifying Show Case.

  • Note that if these conditions are not met, we may not accept returned goods.

  • Please ensure that all returns are securely wrapped and packaged. We cannot be held responsible for any units that have been damaged in transit.
